I’m a Seattle-based perinatal and co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders therapist. I specialize in working with individuals ages 16-35.
I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Minnesota in 2018. I spent years in community mental health working with adolescents and their families before transitioning to private practice. I have over a decade of social work experience with children, youth, and families in other settings, including affordable housing communities and shelter care.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking and backpacking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
